On Friday 18 September, we'll celebrate the season with our AGM, end-of-season awards, a fun committee-hosted quiz and free local pizza on us.

Constitution ratification
At the AGM we will be ratifying our club constitution.
A summary of the key changes are:
The “Comms & Social” Officer committee role has been split into two roles: “Comms Officer” and “Social Officer”

Joining the committee
At the AGM, we'll elect our incoming 2026/27 committee. All committee roles are up for election every year and nominations are welcomed.
In particular, we have two current vacancies that we are looking to fill:
Socials officer - responsible for organising social events for club players
Welfare officer - responsible for managing and reporting concerns and putting into place procedures around safeguarding and welfare
If you'd like to nominate yourself for any of these roles, or are interested in getting involved and want to find out more, please speak to any existing committee member - we're very happy to have an informal chat!
Players' Awards
Each year, we distribute player awards and members get to vote for their Player's Player of the Year.
