What are these sessions?
These Club Coaching sessions provide a opportunity for SBC players to enhance their badminton skills, with instruction from Level 2 coach and former England player Ben Muir. The sessions will consist of a mix of drills, instruction & training games. Sessions provide an opportunity for players to improve their skills, movement and game play.
