The data we ask for

Upon joining the club, members will be asked to provide information including:

Full name
Home address
Contact telephone number
Contact email address
Emergency contact name
Emergency contact phone number
Their current and previous medical history relevant to sporting activity

What we do with your data

By supplying data, players consent to the club storing this information. All data is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We use contact information to share news and events with our players. By supplying this information players are consenting to the club contacting them in accordance with their preferences.

Personal data is held in a secure digital database, only accessible by committee members. Committee members may view this information at any time and run analysis of the data. Any results from these analyses will not be shared outside the committee or hold any identifiable information.

Players can request a copy of all data held on them, and amend this data at any time.

We never pass your data onto third parties without your permission.
